Registration and abstract submission
Deadlines
- The deadline for "Registration and abstract submission": April 1.
- The deadline for "Acceptance of abstracts": April 15.
- The deadline for payment: May 15, 2023.
To participate in the conference
- Please submit a TeX source file of your abstract to Nonsmooth23@ii.uj.edu.pl, use a template (download template).
- Fill in the Conference Registration Form (download form) and send it by e-mail to Nonsmooth23@ii.uj.edu.pl
- After your abstract is accepted, pay your Registration Fee (see below).
Payment due May 15, 2023
Registration Fee
- Regular: 340 EUR or 360 USD or 1600 PLN
- Ph.D. student and young researcher: 100 EUR or 110 USD or 480 PLN
The Registration Fee in EUR, USD or PLN should be done by bank transfer.

Registration Fee includes:
- the accommodation cost (five nights)
- three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) per day (the first meal is a dinner on June 17, and the last one is lunch on June 22)
- conference materials (badge, program booklet, case, pen, etc.)
- participation in all sessions
- coffee, tea, soft drinks, cookies
- excursion
- transportation between Poznan and Bedlewo
